Where is Calibrate UK based?

Calibrate UK has an office in Yorkshire and an office in Somerset with regionally based engineers to conveniently access medical centres nationwide. Wherever you are, we can reach you.

How many items can we have tested?

Calibrate UK can cater for any number of items. If you only have a few items, we can offer you a return-to-base option. We place the customer at the heart of our operation and will work with whatever works best for you.

Are your services limited to GP surgeries?

Not at all! We can test and calibrate equipment at a variety of sites including GP surgeries, Occupational Health departments, Ambulance services, Physiotherapy clinics, sports centres and many more.

How is our equipment tested?

Calibrate UK engineers use state of the art medical equipment testing devices. We will test your equipment and a pass or fail will depend on the equipment operating within predetermined tolerances. If the equipment is deemed a failure the item can normally be calibrated or repaired on site. If calibration is not possible your item may need to be repaired off site. The engineer will be more than happy to discuss the options during their visit to your surgery.
